European Bloodlines With Generations Behind Them
Boma Basteno Hof is an FCI registered European import with a pedigree built from established German Shepherd bloodlines throughout Europe. Her pedigree brings together dogs from Vashaus, Unski Smaragdi, Topolovnička, d’Ulmental, von der Piste Trophe, de la Madonina, vom Pendler and other European kennels.
Boma is sired by Maris vom Vashaus and is out of Rea Topolovnička. On her sire’s side, her pedigree continues through Bear Crni Unski Smaragdi and Fedra vom Vashaus. Behind them are dogs including Zen Baster Unski Smaragdi, Kjutkana Unski Smaragdi, Atri de la Madonina and Borosia vom Bastaw. This side of her pedigree also includes Optimus vom Pendler, along with several generations of the Unski Smaragdi and Bastaw families.
On Boma’s maternal side, Rea Topolovnička is out of Tom Topolovnički and Mamba Topolovnička. Her pedigree continues through Quoran d’Ulmental, F-Giorgina Topolovnička, Queen von der Piste Trophe and Prima Topolovnička. Further back are dogs including Ballack von der Brucknererallee, Ofra von der Piste Trophe, Fulz de Zenevredo, Baru di Croce Santo Spirito and Perla Topolovnička.
Boma’s pedigree is important to us because it allows us to look beyond the individual dog and study the generations of genetics, structure, temperament and breeding history behind her. We believe knowing what is behind our dogs is an essential part of making thoughtful breeding decisions and preserving the qualities we want to carry forward at 501 Shepherds.
